Football’s biggest trophy will be on display at Fonehouse Camborne in Commercial Square on Saturday 1 August.
Fonehouse Camborne is one of only six Fonehouse outlets in the country to be given the opportunity of displaying the Premier League Cup in-store and owner Ian Gilbert couldn’t be more excited.
“Seeing the trophy on television is one thing, but being able to see it up close in our shop is frankly amazing,” he said.
“People can come in throughout the day to see it, and we’ll be handing out free goodie bags to those wearing a football shirt. Stocks are limited, though, and it will be one bag per family.
“Sky has partnered with Fonehouse to offer this incredible experience as part of its current campaign to promote its TV and broadband packages.
“There are more than fifty Fonehouse stores throughout the UK so to be of only six chosen for the honour of showcasing the Premier League Cup feels truly incredible.”
Ian has been running his mobile phone business in Camborne for nearly twenty-five years and scooped the Fonehouse Franchise of the Year Award in December 2023.
Born and brought up in Hayle, he is Chair of BID Camborne and a firm advocate of the town.
