I trained at a Ladbroke/Hilton hotel and have worked within the catering industry for the past 30 years. After years of working for the corporate sector I decided that it was time for me to “go it alone”. I have always had a flair when working with food and enjoy experimenting with different flavours and textures. Whenever possible I like to source my ingredients locally & all my food for sale in my shop is made by hand, by me, with the exception of the bread, crisps and drinks. The coffee I sell is hand roasted in Redruth – how much more local can you get!
