A two half-day course that covers making your own fused glass cabochon and then creating a beautiful silver ring to set it in. Suitable for beginners, this friendly, small group, short course will allow you to get a taste for two different crafts, glass work and jewellery making, and will give you a gorgeous piece of jewellery to take home with you. Tuesday afternoon will be spent on making your cabochon, moving on to sizing and making a start on your ring. Wednesday afternoon will be spent on finishing your cabochon, and then creating the setting for it. Finally, you will learn the secrets of setting and finishing your ring. All materials, tools and equipment are included.
